Ticketing & Getting In:

All attendees need a ticket to enter the track. Here is our process for getting them to you:

  • You request tickets
  • We reach out and confirm attendees and dates with you
  • A few days prior to the race, we will email your digital tickets to you
  • RACE DAY ARRIVES, and you park (see section below for details)
  • Show digital tickets at gate for entry
  • Check in at AWC Hospitality RV.
  • Enjoy yourself!

You have two options to enter after using FREE Parking in Lot 3:
  1. You can walk through the Bill France Blvd tunnel.
  2. Ride the Yellow Tram by boarding near Lot 1. This will stop at the infield Fanzone. (Infield shuttle buses make multiple stops throughout the infield to help you get around.)
Our hospitality RV is parked infield: Red Premium GEICO Grounds Red 79 & 80.

Parking:

FREE parking is available in Parking Lot 3, across from Daytona International Speedway at ONE DAYTONA. PAID parking is available in many other lots surrounding the Speedway.

Saturday, January 24th

8:30 am - Breakfast at AWC's Hospitality RV

9:00 am - 10:30 am - Garage & Pit walking tour with AWC Guides

11:30 am - Lunch at AWC's Hospitality RV

12:30 pm - Sign the Start/Finish Line, Group dash to Grandstands in a “Race to the Top”

1:40 pm - Rolex 24 at DAYTONA - RACE STARTS!

3:30 pm - Photos with Rolex 24 Trophy at Victory Lane (until 5 pm)

6:00 pm - Dinner at AWC's Hospitality RV

11:00 pm - Fireworks! (Best view is from the Top of the Stands or Ferris-wheel if you are feeling lucky!)

 

Sunday, January 25th. . . . . . 24 hours of racing continues!

8:00 am - Breakfast at AWC's Hospitality RV

9:30 am - Refreshments served at AWC's Hospitality RV

10:00 am - Garage tour with AWC Guides as race teams prepare to finish

11:30 am - Lunch at AWC's Hospitality RV

1:00 pm - Take your seats in the stadium for a full view of the Final Laps

1:40 pm - Rolex 24 at DAYTONA - RACE FINISH!

Event History:

Originally known as the 24 Hours of DAYTONA, the Rolex 24 at DAYTONA is a 24-hour sports car endurance race held annually that kicks off the new IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship season at Daytona International Speedway.
  • Each team trades shifts between three and five drivers.
  • There are traditionally around 60 cars in the field competing for the overall victory as well as four different classes.
  • Types of cars include Porsche, Ferrari, Corvette, BMW, Acura, Mercedes, Ford, Lamborghini, Lexus and Cadillac.

The Mazda MX-5 Cup and BMW Endurance Challenge races precede the run-up to the Rolex 24.
