You can ALWAYS count on:

Compressed Air Preparation
Properly preparing compressed air is essential for high process reliability and machine availability. Clean air free of particles, water, and oil prevents malfunctions, extends component life, and reduces downtime.
Pneumatic Valves & Manifolds
When it comes to pneumatic valves, depend on Festo for many different designs and versions. Festo valves can be used universally or configured individually depending on your application.
- Plug-in Valve Manifolds
- Fieldbus Controlled Manifolds
- Individually Wired Valves
- Manual Valves
- Mechanical Valves
- Safety and Soft-Start Valves
- Valve Manifolds
Pneumatic & Electric Actuators
For factory automation, Festo offers actuators and drives for an extremely wide variety of applications. In addition to pneumatic drives, which are particularly easy and cost-efficient to commission, we also offer electric actuators for flexible linear or rotary positioning.
- Piston Rod Cylinders
- Mini Slide Cylinders
- Guided Actuators/Thrusters
- Rotary Actuators
- Rodless Actuators
Air Pressure Booster Systems
At times when there is not enough plant air pressure available for a specific machine operation or process, AWC's Air Pressure Booster System can momentarily provide a higher operational pressure. This helps operate equipment located at the end of the pneumatic supply source, or in a situation where every other pneumatic process on a machine can operate at 85 psi but one needs to operate intermittently at 120psi.
Reducing overall plant pressure by 10% can mean as much as a 5% savings in compressor energy cost.
When applied correctly, boosters can allow the overall plant pressure to be reduced while maintaining process integrity for one or two high pressure application requirements.
